About: "The Thai Health Promotion Foundation has launched a new PSA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_information_film called 'School' aimed at educating smokers that there is no safe distance for second-hand smoke. Created by Alpha 245, the 30-second spot shows a man stepping away for a smoke while four schoolchildren sitting on a bench feel the effects of his smoke – in a rather unusual way.
