Simon: The unit understands digital as a cultural phenomenon which is understood either from a personal perspective or a perspective of being a member of a group (social, cultural). Therefore, it is about how we engage engage with such a phenomenon and the constraints which are imposed by such a phenomenon and the infrastructure and means. In this sense it is the embeddedness of such a such a phenomenon and how through our engagement it imposes limitations and enables existing practices.
